A common occurrence is that someone didn't deposit enough to meet the criteria. Reward boxes are given out in 50$ deposit increments. So double-check your math and make sure you made the mark.

Sometimes, logging out of the app and logging back in will refresh your account and apply the reward. These types of bugs are ones we are working on constantly and hopefully, you don't run into the issue.

If you've done both these things, or you're still having an issue, use the messenger in the bottom right or in the Support tab in the app. That is the fastest way to reach a customer support representative.
